SCENARIO: Willert Home Products sells a variety of deodorants, air fresheners, cleaning items, aromatherapy products, and various other household goods. Willert needed an efficient and secure method of tracking numerous daily transactions. Willert desired to expand upon existing components of their web-based system to allow secure real-time access to information on product orders. |

ISSUE: Communication with customers and sales reps was inhibited by inefficient and time consuming order tracking methods which added to administrative costs. In addition, management sought the capability to view monthly reports from remote office locations at any time of the day.

OUR APPROACH: AppointLink created a secure web-based sales rep portal that provided users with order and shipping status, access to monthly product and commission reports, and functions to request additional order information from Willert.

RESULTS: The cost reducing result allows management and customers to view up-to-date information on product, order status, order detail, and shipping data. This capability gave Willert's management and sales reps the timely product information they needed. |
