Tony Forsythe
President

In 1999, AppointLink was founded by Tony Forsythe. Tony earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Tony began his career as a BASIC programmer in 1985 and shortly after began consulting as a developer, project manager and technical lead on a wide variety of projects. During this time, he developed the leadership and expertise that has made AppointLink a successful company. His understanding of programming, team leadership, and sales has grown AppointLink into a profitable and expanding business. Tony's "open door" policy encourages involvement and provides for a creative and productive work environment.
Mick Erickson
Vice President

Mick Erickson began his career with AppointLink in September 1999. Mick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from St. Louis University. Mick's expertise lies in database design and systems analysis. He is a valuable asset as Project Manager, Software Developer, Database Design Specialist, and Systems Analyst. His proven management and team-leadership experience has added to AppointLink's ability to grow and expand into the various markets we now serve. Mick's ability to communicate with the customer, understand their needs, and design custom applications has formed the foundation of many important relationships AppointLink has established.
Ian O'Neal
Graphic Designer

Ian has been a graphic designer since 1996, began his career with AppointLink as a freelance designer in 2000 and took a full-time role in 2002. He attended the University of Kansas in the study of Art and the University of Missouri - St. Louis in the study of Business. He brings immense creativity to AppointLink in the areas of Web Design, Development, Design Layout, and Corporate Identity. Playing a strong role in client relations, Ian works to learn a customer's needs and develop designs that are user friendly and professional. He is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and has experience in both HTML and Active Server Pages.
Steve Wilhelm
Software Developer/Engineer

Steve began programming for AppointLink in August 2003. Steve earned his Bachelors in Systems Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Steve is proficient in Structure Query Languages, C++, and various other programming languages. His education in Applied Math and Numerical Analysis along with a consulting career brings over ten years of programming experience to AppointLink's team of professionals.
Jason Shoemaker
Hardware/Network Administrator

Jason Shoemaker began his career at AppointLink in January 2004. Jason earned his Associates degree in Computer Networking from Vatterott College - St. Louis. Jason performs support services internally for AppointLink as well as support for clients. Jason's expertise in trouble shooting, license verification, and network functions allows AppointLink's, as well as our client's, daily operations to run smoothly.
Sherrie Morris
Office Manager

Sherrie has been with the AppointLink team since February 2004. Sherrie manages all office duties, invoicing, financial records, scheduling, among other duties. She has eleven years experience in bookkeeping and thirteen years experience in customer service. She is an important key to the success of AppointLink's operations as she runs day to day business. Sherrie's Customer Service expertise helps AppointLink keep contact with each client building long term relationships for business success.
Dan Glass
Sales Manager

Dan Glass began his career at AppointLink in September 2004. Dan earned both his Bachelors degree in Marketing/Management and MBA from Southwest Baptist University. Dan organizes sales efforts, maintains client relations, and develops marketing strategies to expand AppointLink’s growth in the technology sector. Dan’s expertise in various marketing strategies has allowed AppointLink to improve company efficiency, sales processes, product development, and relationship marketing.
Michelle Herring
Project Manager/Software Developer

Michelle Herring began her career with Appointlink in May 2005. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri in Columbia and a Master’s in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Michelle offers over 14 years of software development experience; Included in that experience is knowledge of Relational Databases, C++, Java Script, VB Script, HTML, ASP, Access, and Visual Basic. Her dedication and passion for what she does makes her a very valuable member of the Appointlink team. Michelle approaches problems and projects given to her with unmatched enthusiasm. Outside of work and college Michelle is a den leader for her youngest son’s Cub Scout pack.
