Think your law school may have a communications problem?
It's easy to find out.
Take the MyLaw diagnostic quiz.
I'm concerned that much of our students' email goes unread.
We seem to be sending more communications through traditional and social media than ever, but the law school community still doesn't seem to be getting the message.
I have no way of knowing if students are actually opening and reading all the communication we send them.
I wish I knew which of our admitted students are truly committed and engaged with our community.
It is difficult for students, faculty and staff to easily identify important communication that applies to them.
Our departments have no real way to measure the effectiveness of their communications.
When an event is poorly attended, I often hear students say, "No one told me."
I wish there was an easy way to create seating charts, reserve study space, arrange faculty-student meetings and perform other administrative tasks online.
If you've checked two or more of the questions above, chances are you've got a communications problem at your law school.
