SCENARIO: The American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) is an organization of contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, architects, and distributors who share the common goal of improving the construction industry. In order to keep day to day network operations running smoothly, ASCC outsourced their IT support to AppointLink. |

ISSUE: ASCC required IT services to maintain and update their systems. The additional expense to create a support department was not feasible for the amount of support they needed. ASCC sought to establish an outsourcing relationship to handle their daily system needs. |
OUR APPROACH: AppointLink used experienced support professionals to set up and maintain various IT issues including backup tapes, anti-virus and firewall protection, email accounts, user verification log-in and system updates. AppointLink also implemented an alternant power supply backup system that prevents loss of information during power outages. In addition, AppointLink agreed to provide quick response to support issues over the phone or in person. |
RESULTS: AppointLink takes on the IT department role, minimizing ASCC's IT expenses. ASCC no longer concerns their business with IT support issues. Any problems that arise are now solved by calling AppointLink. |
